Comment: This Turkowiak offset guitar is easily the most impressive guitar I have ever played–it is unique in a world of small differences from other luthiers. His traditional double tops are powerful and a joy to play, but this design delivers a substantially more powerful output. It is, at the same time, sweet and balanced–which is saying a lot, given the massive bass response. The trebles are piercing and the sustain melds the dynamic extremes in a most satisfactory way.
Rather than list the many innovations the Turkowiak family have introduced, let me offer the link to their web site, and the read is worth your while. https://turkowiakguitars.com/. The oil finish is virtually waterproof, meaning it won’t be unhappy if in contact with perspiration and it resists nail marks and light scratches. The sycamore neck is glassy smooth, which enhances ergonomic comfort.
Here is feedback from a recent buyer who brings this guitar on stage: “Fantastic! More guitarists need his instruments. I’m still blown away every time I play this guitar. I played it in a large concert hall and projection is in no way an issue. Simply incredible.” Brett.
