2015 Espinosa Indian rosewood and spruce
Woods: figured Indian rosewood and alpine spruce. Spanish cedar neck. French polish shellac throughout. The spruce top is exceptional in its strong medullary rays.
Specs: 650mm scale, 52mm nut, 43mm string spacing at nut, 58mm at saddle. 3.5mm string height at 12th fret, bass side. Hiscox case. Rubner Hauser style tuners.
Condition: very good. Faint nail marks and a few rasgueado marks on the top. Some minor clouding in the shellac on the back.
Comment: This Granada built guitar is all Spanish. Five fan braces, dependable traditional sound, featuring good color and a balance between bass and treble that is just right. Ana Espinosa has established her reputation as a luthier over the years, and this attractive guitar is a great option for anyone looking for a traditional classical guitar.
